Background

HSEA, formerly known as Hodgson Schilf Evans Architects, is an architecture firm in Western Canada. Their history, size, and team allows them to win work across both public and private sector, which gives them a broader breadth of experience to draw from. Though they have a tried and tested process, their approach is based on finding a unique point of view to help bring a project to life in a way that enriches lives and communities.

In this project, my role involves assisting HSEA in refreshing their visual identity and website to reflect their new chapter, as they welcome new Principals.

Problem

HSEA needed a brand and website update that captured their unique approach to design, emphasizing their commitment to enriching lives and communities through architecture.

Approach

We worked closely with HSEA to rediscover their brand, and used the theme of "perspective" to use it as a visual tool and as a narrative to convey their brand story, and showcase their unique point of view in design.
